Always on the run but still want to eat something healthy? Try Mogu Modern Chinese Kitchen in Hauppauge. The staff was super nice and very helpful when I told them it was my first time there. I had the Steak Mei Fun Noodles- Thin rice noodles with egg, green cabbage, carrot, red onion, baby bok choy, and celery. They even had little snacks for dogs shaped like fortune cookies. I enjoyed my meal and I think you might too!

This is one of my favorite places to enjoy a meal, their pork dumplings are my favorite! i love the environment, the food, the amazing customer service, Tiana and Freddy are and incredible team they make the place so much more lively and welcoming. Everthing was clean and organized even the music was to my satisfaction. I recommend visiting you will not regret it.

The ramen was great! But nothing compared to the takoyaki!

Fresh food with delicious ingredients! All the food has a classic feel with updated flavors and prep. We never leave the restaurant feeling guilty for our food choices. The service staff is one of the most accommodating and does not hesitate to make things right when necessary. This location is one of our faves!

Upon walking in I was extremely impressed. The atmosphere is pleasant, calm, and modern. The establishment is immaculate which is one of the 1st things you notice. Now moving on to Anton...one of the best dining experiences. Not only did he explain the restaurant concept, he provided menu recommendations. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. Checked on us throughout our dinner. He knew what we wanted before we had to ask. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. HIGHLY recommend MOGU and their sweet fire wings. Thank you Anton for making this a five star experience. Healthy never tasted so good

The food was fresh, not greasy, and overall very tasty. My daughter and husband loved it — both gave it a 10! I gave it a 9 because I’m very picky with rice, and this one was a bit too soft and puffy for my taste. I like my rice with more texture, like it’s been through something. Still, great experience!”

Mogu recently opened near me and I’d heard good things so I was excited when we stopped in for lunch. I was immediately impressed with the sleek decor and efficiency of the set up. This is “New Chinese” so I wanted to sample some classics to see their take. We ordered their “emperor Tso” chicken and their “hei-mein noodles” along with the “shrimp farm fresh”, a noodle dish with curry and tofu and their pepper steak. We had to order a king steak egg roll and some fried rice for good measure. I also had to sample each of their delicious homemade sauces. We loved each dish but I’ll make the statement that the egg roll is the best I’ve ever had. Mogu is a welcome addition to the neighborhood and a true gamechanger!!!!

Absolutely a great luncheon place with indoor dining, or outside space. Food is always hot, well portioned and delicious.
